 Flower SIght Words - SIght Words

This game allows children to see how far they have come, because their is a "reward" for each sight word that is correctly said. 

 

Materials:

-Popsicle Sticks

-Construction paper (cut out pieces to a flower)

-Scissors

-Marker

 

Directions: 

1. Write out sight words on popsicle sticks

2. Cut out pieces to a flower (petal, stem, leaves, etc.)

3. Put the popsicle sticks into a cup and have child pull out a popsicle stick 

4. If they can correctly say it they get a piece of the flower

5. They can then work on building the flower

6. Once the flower is built they have won 

7. You could have child build two flowers or a flower and a sun etc.
